Testimonials

“Andrew and his team are true professionals! I contracted them to handle my restaurant relocation and expansion and could not be happier with the results. They made my design come to life and then some! From start to finish they followed my design but also listened and adapted as needed when complications arose. They also were able to complete the project (a full service restaurant buildout of a bare building) on time and within budget.”

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

How much does it cost to build a house in Madison, Georgia?

Pricing depends on the lot, the size of the home, and the finishes you choose. At Veranda Park, our cottage-style spec homes run from the low $700s to the low $800s, depending on square footage and add-ons. Custom home pricing depends on your plan and site.

What is a spec home?

A spec home is a house we build ahead of a buyer, using a set plan and finish package, so you can walk through the finished product instead of picking everything from a blueprint. We build four to five spec homes at a time at Veranda Park, so there's usually something ready to see.

How do you buy land and build a house?

At Veranda Park and our other developments, we already control the lots, so you're really choosing a lot and a house plan rather than buying raw land on your own. From there, we walk you through financing, plan selection, and finish choices before we break ground.
